We are a photographers destination in the very heart of a wildlife paradise just off the west coast of British Columbia at the southern tip of the Great Bear Rainforest. Photographer adventurers fall in love with the area even while on the journey to our lodge. Our tours are by boat which allows us to roam the many kilometres of the Bute Inlet and island shorelines. Less than a 1 minute boat ride from the lodge brings an experience you will never forget.

We have a unique occurrence of one of the largest congregations of bald eagles gathered in one location, putting on aerial displays beyond your wildest dreams. You will have the photo adventure of a lifetime.

Our environment is unique and one of the reasons is because of the powerful Arran rapids which are immediately to the west of our island. The topography creates unusually large volumes of water flowing into and out of the Bute Inlet with 14 foot tides, and exhilarating fast currents that result in ocean rapids that have to be seen to be believed. Not only are we the premiere eagle destination of the west coast of Canada, we have many additional natural wonders that complete your wildlife experience.

With miles of shoreline  to explore you will be immersed in an experience of wildlife photography beyond your dreams of eagles, whales, bears, dolphins, birds and majestic landscapes as well as opportunities to fish for all five species of salmon - Chinook, Coho, Chum (Keta), Pink and Sockeye
